Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training materials that effectively enhance employee skills and knowledge. This role requires a strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and multimedia development.

Requirements:

Education:

• A 4-year bachelor's degree in instructional design, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, training, and development, or an equivalent combination (e.g., minimum of 3 years instructional design experience or a 4-year instructional design degree with 3+ years of relevant training and development experience).
  
• In-depth knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models.
  
• Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  
• Proficient in lesson and curriculum planning.
  
• Proficiency with Authoring Tools (Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise) and Learning Management Systems (Workday Learning).
  
• Experience with Adobe programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
  
• Experience with video editing software (Camtasia, Premiere, Sony Vegas, etc.) is preferred.
  
• Experience editing scripts for use with AI voice-over software (WellSaid, Elevenlabs).
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write effective copy, instructional text, and audio/video scripts.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office.
  
• Ability to multitask and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and flexibility in a busy office environment.
  

Additional Job Details:

• Part-time position, 25 hours per week with flexibility within normal business hours.
  
• Position duration: 9/9-12/31, with potential to convert to a full-time role.
