DIVISIONS AND JOB FUNCTIONS

Private Wealth Management (PWM) specializes in creating comprehensive wealth management plans for high-net-worth individuals and families, as well as select institutions, including foundations and endowments. PWM Teams work one-on-one with clients to advise and deliver customized strategies drawn from our deep investment experience, diverse wealth management capabilities, and global reach. A Wealth Management Professional works directly with our clients to provide exceptional client service, operational support, and risk management. They serve as a primary point of contact for clients and are responsible for the operational management and oversight of the client experience. Some of the main responsibilities include: Managing the onboarding of client relationships Ensuring we are meeting our client’s investment objectives Managing fraud risk, trade execution, liquidity management, and ongoing relationship management Leveraging your operational background and experience to contribute to a growing business Working closely with Private Wealth Advisors to support their PWM clients Identifying opportunities for and coordinating wealth advisory services within the client base Managing advisory business implementation and rebalancing Managing cash balances and private banking services in accounts Serving as a key liaison to other areas supporting the PWM Business Planning and managing the new account onboarding process Providing an overview of client reporting and web capabilities to potential new clients Executing, processing, and reconciling trading and other investment-related transactions

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

0-3 years of prior work experience in a relevant field Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong interest in client service Commercially savvy with the ability to exercise discretion regarding highly confidential/sensitive information Series 7 and 63 will be required and must be obtained within three months of employment Salary Range The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $75,000-$125,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
