Job Description

Our client, a dynamic food production company, is seeking several Warehouse Packers to join their team. As a Warehouse Packer, you will be part of the production department supporting the packaging of delicious food products. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Packer

Location: Hudson, NY

Pay Range: $18.00/hr

What's the Job?

• Prepare and package food products, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards.
• Handle vegetables manually and with cutting machinery to produce large batches.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and stacking lifts, safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Perform daily sanitation duties and monitor machinery on the automated packaging line.

What's Needed?

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to constant improvements.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to switch tasks quickly.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and operate technology and machinery.
• Reliable transportation to the plant; previous experience in food handling is preferred but not required.
