Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a Producer (for a SF Studio).

We are looking for candidates in San Francisco with experience in Digital recording (e.g., using Riverside platform)

This is a W2 contract, that will be project based, with hours varying per shoot.

Responsibilities:

• Digital Recording: Manage and execute digital recordings using platforms such as Riverside to produce high-quality content.
• In-Studio Production: Oversee and operate studio equipment, including cameras and lighting, ensuring all productions meet high technical standards.
• Editing: Edit your own recordings to create polished, professional videos suitable for various distribution channels, including webcasts and social media platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align production schedules and deliverables with project timelines.
• Production Management: Coordinate logistics for shoots, including setup, execution, and post-production to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality results.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital recording and video editing.
• Comfortable working with platforms like Riverside for remote recording.
• Solid knowledge of in-studio production, including camera operation and lighting setup.
• Strong editing skills with proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality content.
