Job Summary: Ourisman Hyundai Nissan of Laurel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Used Car Sales Person to join our team in Laurel, Maryland. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry. As a Used Car Sales Person, you will be responsible for maximizing sales and profitability through the sale of pre-owned vehicles. This position requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication and negotiation abilities, and a proven track record in automotive sales. Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time salary position in the auto industry with a competitive compensation package including base salary and commission. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, and paid time off. Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain relationships with customers through excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of pre-owned vehicles in order to assist customers in finding the right vehicle for their needs and budget.
• Conduct thorough vehicle walk-arounds and test drives with customers to showcase features and build desire to purchase.
• Negotiate sale and terms of agreement with customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance objectives.
• Stay up-to-date on current trends and market conditions in the automotive industry.
• Utilize CRM software and maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all paperwork and documentation related to vehicle sales.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
