• NIH Stroke Certification
• State License 1 Verification
• NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)

Job Details

• The UH OR has a hybrid OR suite that is utilized by Neurosurgeons who are endovascular specialized. The cases include diagnostic cerebral angiograms, treatment of strokes, ruptured aneurysms, AVMs, and carotid stenting.

Job Requirements

• Must have EVAR experience!
• Documentation System Experience: Epic
• Patient Age Group: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
• Work Setting Experience: Outpatient, Inpatient, Operating Room, Level I Trauma, Teaching Hospital
• General Skills Experience: PACS, C-ARM, Biopsies
• X-ray Procedure Experience: Surgery/C-Arm
• R/Angio/Special Procedures Experience: Stents, Angioplasty, Angiograms, Peripherals, Upper and Lower Extremity, Abd and Pelvic, Vascular Studies, Stroke Treatment

Schedule Information

• The shift is negotiable as either 5x8s (6:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.) Monday-Friday, with on-call requirements for after hours and weekends.
• There will be a minimum of 125 hours of call per month required.

Additional Details

• Required if candidate is using a compact license from any state other than Ohio.
• Check UD/Unit Cost Center Link to determine certifications required per unit. AHA only (Instructor/Provider and RQI acceptable). Letter of completion not acceptable.*Travelers can renew ACLS at the facility.
