Maintain confidentiality. Responsibilities: Assess motor function and personal-social development of residents at the state facility. Provide treatment to residents across all levels of care as identified by the primary provider. Perform occupational therapy assessments and evaluations using appropriate tests and professional observations. Collect and use supplementary information for comprehensive evaluations. Document services performed for each resident in the facilitys electronic medical record system (ADL) Must ensure that suitable measures are taken to assure the confidentiality of the facility and its residents at all times and abides by a professionalcode of ethics. Providing monthly supervision hours, oversight and direction for one Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
