Telehealth Nurse / Virtual Acute Care RN

85-125K + Paid Relocation + Signing Bonus + Full Benefits

Job Description:

• Patients receive in-home, acute patient-centered care from a professional, collaborative health care team including RNs, providers, paramedics and specialty technicians
• Hospital at Home support is available 24/7
• Support patients by virtually assessing, monitoring and collaborating on patient care
• Engage in the launch of this new program and be instrumental in its growth and potential
• Hospital at Home has onsite provider available 24/7
• RN/patient ratio of 6:1
• Full-time and  Part-time opportunities, day and night shift openings, 12-hour shifts, rotating weekends/holidays.
• Certification pay available
• Additional 40 hours of PTO for night shift offered

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree required, Bachelor of Nursing Degree preferred
• Experience: 3+ year RN Experience in acute care
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
