Position Overview

As a Technical Sales & Recruiting Consultant, you will work as part of a dynamic team with business leaders, top technical experts, sales professionals, and manufacturing teams to assist in the identification, selection and attraction of key industry talent.

Starting Salary & First Year Comp:

While earning potential is unlimited, part of compensation is a direct bonus on revenue. Starting salary is $45-55k depending on experience. First year generally in the mid to upper $60s.

Location

Centrally located in Cincinnati near Hyde Park, Mt Lookout, Oakley, Clifton, Madisonville and Downtown Cincinnati. Fantastic restaurants, coffee shops and bars within a short drive or even a walk on a nice day.

Work Environment

• Normal office hours with no evenings or weekends

• Sales experience or outbound customer service is highly desired.
• Desire and ability to work closely with people. 
• Technical acumen - The ability to learn new industries and technologies quickly, with desire to become a subject matter expert.
• Organized, structured and self motivated.
