The DarkStar Group is seeking a Systems Integrator with a TS/SCI + Poly clearance (applicable to this customer) to join one of our top projects in Herndon, VA. Below is an overview of the project, as well as information on our company, our benefits, and our $25,000 referral program.
THE PROGRAM

THE PROJECT
The Sponsor is seeking systems integration support. Systems integration support will primarily assist an office focused on integrating data management, data science, and data engineering in forward deployed teams to drive Sponsor mission through data-driven solutions.
THE ROLE
The Contractor Team shall create reports, briefings and placemats in a variety of formats, with inputs from staff leads and the relevant project teams.
The Contractor Team shall create and maintain project briefings as needed.
The Contractor Team shall coordinate and support meetings that include, but are not limited to, technical exchanges, kickoffs, cross-collaborations, and ad hoc sessions.
The Contactor Team shall build PowerPoint briefings and present data at weekly division-level meetings and monthly program management review briefings upon request.
The Contractor Team shall provide project management support and coordination on projects, to include strategy and roadmap development.
The Contractor Team shall compile information - both empirical and statistical - in support of program management and communications between multiple organizational components.
The Contractor Team shall assess the compiled information and provide summaries and details as-needed.
The Contractor Team shall coordinate and work on various organizational data calls with staff and across project teams and support reporting statuses to management.
The Contractor Team shall assist staff leads with account creation requests and submitting and tracking tickets in Sponsor Systems.
Required Skills Demonstrated experience working on programs with highly technical personnel as well as senior personnel.
Demonstrated experience briefing.
Demonstrated experience optimizing business workflows.
Demonstrated experience writing and proof-reading, and experience with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated experience in building briefings and reports.
Demonstrated experience with planning and hosting technical exchange meetings.
Demonstrated experience planning and hosting meetings at a leadership level.
Demonstrated experience with data collection and metrics for generating statistics on application and system usage.
Demonstrated experience with issue management, knowledge management, and IT service requests.
Demonstrated experience with project management systems such as with JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow including monitoring and reporting outages.
Demonstrated experience using JIRA methodologies such as Stories, Epics, and Initiatives.
Demonstrated experience working both independently and on teams with minimal oversight.
Demonstrated on-the-job experience exhibiting oral and written communication skills across multiple customer communication needs: writing reports, meeting minutes, point papers, memos, briefings, and ad hoc explanations with the goal of keeping projects on track and moving towards a successful conclusion.
Desired Skills (Optional) Demonstrated experience with relationship management and communication.
Demonstrated familiarity with the Sponsor's system accreditation workflows and tools.
Demonstrated experience with the Sponsor's mission systems and applications.
Demonstrated experience with data science and data engineering tools and methods.
Certifications: PMP Project Management certification.
