Description We are seeking a Sr. Data Entry Clerk to join our team located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role primarily involves processing gifts, managing databases, and maintaining customer service. This position is a short-term contract opportunity. Responsibilities: Process all types of gifts accurately and efficiently Extract and manage data from the in-house database Maintain clear and strong communication to articulate concerns related to gift processing Interact with donors as part of the role Pull reports as required for gift acknowledgment and database management Use Microsoft Excel and CRM for data entry and management Handle check processing and donor database management Manage fundraising databases to support the team's objectives Ensure accurate processing of gifts as a significant part of the role Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status. Requirements Proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software Experience with Check Processing Strong Data Entry skills and ability to maintain high accuracy Familiarity with Database Management and ability to handle large amounts of information Experience with Donor Database and Gift Processing for fundraising campaigns Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to perform complex functions Experience with Fundraising Database and ability to manage donor information effectively Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
