Job Description: Responsible for policy making and implementation with regard to a wide range of securities with focus on LatAm Non-Deliverable Forwards and Interest rates swaps for Chile, Colombia, Peru, Argentina and Brazil for our clients, major banks based in U.S., Europe and Latin American countries. Oversee, manage and coordinate daily trading activities with senior management to ensure proper execution of transactions and to ascertain profitability of operations. Managerial responsibility over the work of other professionals engaged in broking of LatAm Non-Deliverable Forwards. Manage the creation and execution trading strategies with a dollar volume of multimillion dollars a year, within LatAm NDF. Responsible for strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources, allowing investors to take positions on the direction or volatility of changes in interest rates in the LatAm NDF market. In addition to his advanced technical knowledge. Manage the entire LatAm NDF team. Use our proprietary software and knowledge of the Andean markets, in interest rate swaps, inflation, derivatives and structured products. Use local markets to provide arbitrage opportunity in vanilla and complex products. Manage the creation and execution of trading strategies with multi million dollars per day. Devise complex hedging strategies for clients to be used in protecting their portfolios from volatile market movements. Maintain and develop new business relationships, serving as liaison on behalf of the company with leading financial institutions and the managerial level of traders in these companies.

Minimum Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field plus 2 years of progressively responsible experience in electronic broking. Experience must include: Voice and proprietary screen execution and book recording. Latin America fixed income derivatives for FX and Interest rates. Liaison with regulators. Manage a team of brokers and operation for Fixed income and FI derivatives. 5% international travel required. Destinations are Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Peru and frequency is impossible to predict. Salary Range $120,000 - $150,000/yr.
