Job Description

Success Academy has an opportunity for an experienced contract professional with demonstrable strong negotiating skills, attention to detail, outstanding oral/written communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. In the Contract Manager role, you will help, interpret, understand, and communicate key contractual requirements and formalize the documentation of strategic agreements with vendors.

Additionally, the Contract Manager will:

• Continue the build-out of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tooling and infrastructure

• Work closely with Supply Chain Strategic Business Partner and SA business unit team in the contract negotiating process

• Establish a library of pre-approved templates and use cases

• Provide initial assessments to leadership and appropriate stakeholders and recommend and/or implement strategies and processes that address/mitigate legal, compliance and risk exposures related to matters such as software license requirements, securing IP, reducing potential liability, protecting confidential/student information, and identifying software security vulnerabilities; and

• Work with compliance functions and teams to continuously improve compliance processes

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading all aspects of the contracting process, including management, negotiations, risk mitigation, and close-out

• Background in leading complex contract negotiations with vendors

• Superior organizational and analytical skills with an emphasis on attention to detail and professional skepticism

• Experience managing multiple complex projects at the same time while achieving outstanding results

• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Database management experience

• Superior Internet research skills

Success Academy offers a hybrid work schedule with work from home Mondays and Fridays and in-office work Tuesday through Thursday.

The wage range for these roles will consider a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $75,000 - $95,000.

Compensation Range

Annual Salary: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00
