We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to grow Runner's Roost's online presence, engage with our vibrant community, and drive brand awareness. This role will involve creating compelling content, managing social media platforms, and collaborating with the team to promote our events, products, and mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a strategic social media plan across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to increase engagement and followers.
• Create, schedule, and manage original content, including photos, videos, graphics, and stories.
• Promote events like races, training programs, and store promotions to drive participation and sales.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep Runner's Roost at the forefront of the digital space.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
• Collaborate with store staff and event coordinators to gather content and align on messaging.
• Analyze social media metrics and provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in social media management (experience in retail or events is a plus).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for running, fitness, or community engagement is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
