• $55,000 to $75,000 starting salary, depending on experience

Job Summary
The Service Manager troubleshoots, repairs, and performs advanced setup and programming of networking, audio, video, home theater, security, surveillance, lighting, and other "smart" systems.

• Onsite and remote troubleshooting of electronic components
• Proper documentation and configuration of all equipment and interactions
• Daily interaction and communication with clients
• Daily interaction and supervision of technicians and installers
• Full-time position (Mon-Fri and 7:30am-4:30pm)

Job Requirements

• Excellent customer service and client relations
• Organized, professional, and efficient
• Proficient with Windows and/or MacOS
• Knowledge with iOS and/or Android
• Superior troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent judgement calls and problem solving skills
• Leadership, teaching, and training skills
• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record and background check
