Great Place to Work Most Loved Workplace Forbes Best-in-State Employer SIU Field Services Consultant PRIMARY PURPOSE: To lead investigative assignments within a specified region; to ensure quality and timely handling of assignments; to notify vendor manager when vendor trends and issues are identified. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES + Leads assignments within a specified region and implements investigative strategy. + Provides tactical/jurisdictional direction to investigators. + Ensures quality and timely handling of assignments and recommends additional investigative activities when appropriate. + Develops and maintains positive relationships with vendor partner case managers and maintains contact with the claims team + Performs quality review to ensure assignment objectives are met and in compliance with quality standards and client protocol. + Reviews final deliverables and bills according to program fee schedule. ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES + Performs other duties as assigned. + Supports the organization's quality program(s). QUALIFICATIONS Education & Licensing Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Experience Six (6) years investigative industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
