Job Title: Site Electrician

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Site Electrician to join our team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical mining systems while ensuring compliance with local and national electrical codes. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, experience with 3-phase wiring and medium/high voltage systems, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment, including power distribution units, backup generators, and cooling systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
• Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent.
• Organize and manage external electrical service teams on-site.
• Be available for emergency on-call support.
• Perform additional duties as assigned once essential tasks are completed.
• Travel may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Electrician license required (Journeyman or Master).
• Proven experience with 3-phase wiring and medium/high voltage systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and components.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Physical fitness and agility for tasks requiring manual dexterity.
• Deep knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety best practices.
• Experience in Bitcoin mining or data center operations is a plus.
