Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Service Design & Delivery Engineer to join their team. As a Service Design & Delivery Engineer, you will be part of the Technology Solutions Department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Service Design & Delivery Engineer

Location: Addison, TX (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

What's the Job?

• Facilitate solution-driven discussions, lead the design of complex architectural components, and find creative solutions using knowledge of the domain and operational constraints.
• Accountable for solution delivery as relevant to their teams, managing overall execution health inclusive of program financials, risks, dependencies, and impediments.
• Design solutions that comply with all relevant risk, financial, and compliance policies and standards.
• Engage and influence bank and vendor teams to identify and document dependencies, taking ownership of relationships and escalations as required.
• Track risk assessment and mitigation plans to ensure services have proper controls in place before launch.

What's Needed?

• Demonstrated experience delivering technology solutions.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, including attention to detail.
• Ability to review, understand, and interpret technology updates for applicability in the supported environment.
• Effective interaction skills with customers and leadership.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Visio.
