Hours will be 35 hours per week with schedule flexibility for appointments or anything as it comes up during the week. We are looking for a mostly daytime (within the window of 9:00am-8:00pm) schedule. Working within the North American timezone is not required, although there may be meeting requests that are later in the day from time to time.
This is a full-time, remote work opportunity. Our specialists typically work a set 9-5 local timezone but have the option for a more flexible schedule.
You will be responsible for a variety of SEO-related tasks to ensure the success of your assigned portfolio of client campaigns. As an SEO specialist, you will help primarily with on-page optimizations including page titles, metadata, optimizing headers, as well as technical SEO maintenance and improvements and more. You will work alongside other specialists and strategists to ensure the success of your team's campaigns.

Most of our documents and offerings are template-based and well-documented, so you should be able to quickly learn our process and learn our approach to organic SEO. That being said, we are always looking for innovators and people that aren't afraid to voice their concerns or recommendations to improve our processes.

What To Expect:
The first couple weeks at SEO Brothers you will likely spend going through company training, meeting new team members, and understanding our partners, business model, and how we operate. We work collaboratively with tools such as Slack, and ClickUp.
During your first three months at SEO Brothers, you will join a team with a small portfolio of campaigns. You will have a mentoring specialist and manager who is there to support and QA your work throughout this timeframe. Your training will involve a variety of areas of SEO and how they relate to a campaign at SEO Brothers, regardless of whether or not that is what a specialist will typically do day-to-day.
After the first three months (if not before), you'll be fully a part of your team and contributing to the success of the campaigns.
We're looking to hire someone as soon as we find the right fit so the process will be fairly quick. We will try to take no more than 24 to 48 hours to let you know about your application regardless of which stage you're in.
