Senior UI/UX Designer, Marketing Websites Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer, Marketing Websites in San Francisco, CA. Who Are We? The marketing creative team works together with various squads to ideate and support visual storytelling across the organization. Blogs, webpages, events, videos, podcasts, campaigns, illustrations, and responsive web collateral are just some of the design needs we support. What You’ll Do Lead the way in pushing the Postman brand story through good UI/UX and a customer-focused approach to design. Work closely with Marketing Engineering and the Creative team to ideate, create, prototype, and create amazing UI/UX for our websites and campaigns. Create pixel-perfect mocks with detailed interactions and work hand-in-hand with engineers to ship the approved ideas. Contribute to our design system and component library by providing feedback on the existing UI and visuals and owning regular maintenance and upkeep. Ensure consistent storytelling across the brand through understanding context and providing guidance to non-design teams. Clearly and effectively articulate design decisions and best practices during design demos and reviews. Past Experience 6+ years of relevant professional design experience. Experience in designing responsive and adaptive webpages and websites, knowledgeable in motion and CSS animations. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, CSS, BootstrapCSS / TailwindCSS. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a thorough understanding of design principles, interaction design, typography, graphics, and color systems. Ability to operate on peer feedback and work collaboratively with a growth mindset. Capable of voicing opinions respectfully and motivated to push the Postman brand to the next level. What can give you an edge: Knowledge of Postman and understanding of software technologies. Experience working on advertising or marketing campaigns. Ability to share knowledge through presentations and workshops. Basic coding skills (HTML and CSS) to facilitate discussions on responsive web development. Experience designing for different types of webpage needs. Experience working in a remote team. Experience with creating a design system. Experience with an animated SVG system. The role is based in the greater San Francisco area, with a salary range of $147,900 to $180,000 plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
