About the Role:

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will lead performance analysis and reporting to provide actionable insights for both internal teams and external publishing partners. You will track KPIs, optimize media campaigns, and create dashboards that communicate key findings to senior leadership. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact business decisions and campaign success through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Reporting : Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to provide actionable insights for internal teams and external partners.
• External Collaboration : Work with publishing partners to gather data, track KPIs, and align on project goals.
• Dashboard Creation : Design and maintain dashboards that visualize key metrics, trends, and opportunities for optimization.
• Data Evaluation : Assess the effectiveness of projects and collaborate with partners to identify and implement improvements.
• Data Liaison : Serve as the main point of contact for data insights and strategic guidance between internal teams and external partners.
• Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline data collection, enhance workflows, and automate processes.
• Project Ownership : Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from gathering requirements to building datasets and creating reports.
• Technical Collaboration : Partner with technical teams to ensure accurate data flow and tracking across platforms.
• Strategic Presentations : Present insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders to guide business decisions.
• Industry Monitoring : Stay up-to-date on industry trends and apply knowledge to refine data strategies.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis : Conduct targeted analyses to address specific business needs or evaluate campaign performance

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on performance reporting and media-related projects.
• Proven experience working with large datasets, developing reports, and presenting insights to a variety of stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and experience with SQL for data extraction.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with a knack for identifying trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Experience collaborating with external partners to align on project goals and KPIs.
• Familiarity with data automation and process optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
• A proactive and independent approach to problem-solving and project ownership.
