Job Description

Company Description It all started in sunny San Diego, California in 2004 when a visionary engineer, Fred Luddy, saw the potential to transform how we work. Fast forward to today — ServiceNow stands as a global market leader, bringing innovative AI-enhanced technology to over 8,100 customers, including 85% of the Fortune 500. Our intelligent cloud-based platform seamlessly connects people, systems, and processes to empower organizations to find smarter, faster, and better ways to work. But this is just the beginning of our journey. Join us as we pursue our purpose to make the world work better for everyone. Job Description At ServiceNow, we believe in creating exceptional experiences that inspire, engage and connect people. As we continue our rapid growth – both as a company AND as a brand - we’re looking for a passionate and visionary Experiential Creative Lead to join our team. This leader will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing innovative events that showcase our brand, engage our customers, and foster community. From Knowledge, our annual flagship event with 20K+ in-person attendees, to our regional World Forums, to a variety of other event moments throughout the year – this leader will help to create memorable experiences that resonate with our audiences and bring our brand promise to life. What you get to do in this role: Vision, evangelize and bring to life a new era of experiences for our portfolio of events. Manage and inspire a team of creatives and agency partners to execute world-class events that surprise and delight our customers, employees and community members. Dream up big ways to bring our industry-leading solutions and inspiring customer stories to life in impactful and immersive ways across all touchpoints (in the keynotes, in venue signage, on the expo floors, etc.). Define an overarching creative strategy for how we approach events - what we want attendees to think/feel, the tone of our communications, etc. Guide the development of all communications surrounding the event - from pre-event comms to registration to post-show follow-ups. Lead the development of event guidelines and toolkits, to enable regional and business unit teams responsible for putting on events in their respective areas. Qualifications Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry. 10+ years of experience in the creative industry – with at least 5 years of working on large-scale events, ideally some experience with best-in-class experience in the technology space. Exceptional ability to lead, influence, and work across organizational boundaries with a consistent history of cross-functional collaboration. Proven ability to lead by example and consistently inspire creative colleagues to create differentiating, pioneering ideas that conceptualize world-class solutions. Obsessed with finding the inspiring truths that lead to creative thinking that solves creative problems and propels our events into the future. Strong presenter with an ability to sell creative thinking and ideas across the organization and with senior-level executives. Must be a believer in the power of brand - and the importance of applying the brand consistently across all customer touchpoints, including those associated with events. A curious learner with a growth mindset and an ability to quickly absorb information and learn on the job. Experience working quickly and nimbly under pressure. Impeccable attention to detail across all aspects of the event experience. Not sure if you meet every qualification? We still encourage you to apply! We value inclusivity, welcoming candidates from diverse backgrounds, including non-traditional paths. Unique experiences enrich our team, and the willingness to dream big makes you an exceptional candidate! For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $193,600 - $348,400, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location. #J-18808-Ljbffr Servicenow
