The Neiders Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Guard to join our team in providing a safe environment for our guests and staff, even in challenging areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security and a proven track record of handling security concerns in high-crime environments.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol the hotel premises, including entrances, parking lots, and public areas.
• Exhibits cautionary approach to your own safety and the safety of others at all times.
• Respond promptly and effectively to any security incidents or emergencies.
• Ensure the safety of guests, staff, and hotel property at all times.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, investigations, and daily activities.
• Implement security procedures and protocols to mitigate risks.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or related field.
• Familiarity with handling security challenges in high-crime areas.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training is a plus.
• Valid Nevada Guard Card.
• Availability to work the days & swings shifts both weekdays and weekends.
