Position Overview

Facility: 1717 University Building Clinic

Location: Fargo, ND

Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts

Job Schedule: Full Time

Weekly Hours: 40.00

Starting Rate: $29.50 - $44.50 (Experience credit added to wage)

About the Eye Clinic

We are looking for a Nurse to join our fun and friendly team at the Eye Clinic! In this dynamic role, you will:

• Engage in pre-testing, injections, screenings, and manage prior authorizations and referrals for both children and adults.
• Work closely with specialists and build meaningful relationships with patients.
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment with hands-on care.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• No weekends or holidays!
• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Job Responsibilities

As a Nurse, you will:

• Answer patient inquiries over the phone, assessing symptoms and medical needs using triage algorithms.
• Guide patients to the appropriate level of care and schedule appointments with healthcare providers.
• Document patient information and maintain updated healthcare records.
• Educate patients based on their inquiries and ensure timely updates to triage protocols.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
• One year of healthcare experience is preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing (multistate licensure if applicable).
• Complete all licensing requirements within the first 30 days of employment.
• Maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
