Job Description
A client is looking for a Law Application Implementation Lead to sit fully remote and report to a team in Sleepy Hollow, NY. This person will be responsible for advising on system configurations, design, and architecture. They will lead project delivery and work cross functionally with technical, legal, and leadership teams to facilitate solutions. This Implementation Lead will join a series of stand-up calls daily to understand business and technical needs and lead discussions regarding the design and implementation of new legal systems, as well as enhancements to current ones. They will be vetting and confirming solution design and delivery are complying to company standards, and then presenting to the design architecture review board. Once solutions are approved, they will map out how the solutions will consume data, how they will change day to day operations, and how to integrate them into the current state. Once this is complete, they will work with project managers to manage the execution. These implementations could include bringing applications into the current environment that enhance contract management, onsite visitor management, security, anti-bribery, robotic process automation solutions, data privacy, compliance, etc. This lead will also be involved in long term strategic planning to produce one- or two-year plans of what applications and systems should be considered and vetted down the road. Their responsibilities will also include testing before implementation and actively listening to end-user feedback and problems to implement that information when deciding on future solution plans. This person needs to have strong written documentation skills, as well as verbal communication skills to work cross-functionally across various teams and be successful in this role. This person will be paid within a range of $75-85/hr based on experience.

Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience in the technology field
Strong experience crafting solutions based on business needs
Strong experience managing large application or system implementations from design to delivery
Strong experience with any legal applications (preferably Boomi Flow, iCertis, OpenText, Dow Jones, or OneTrust)
Experience working with stakeholders and end uto understand business needs and implement feedback into technical solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as strong presentation skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience working for a consulting company like Deloitte
Experience with Boomi Flow, iCertis, OpenText, or OneTrust, Dow Jones
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
