Job Description

Real Estate Transaction Coordinator & Administrative Assistant We are a high-producing realty team in the Monroe, GA area and are looking for a driven Transaction Coordinator to manage contracts throughout the entire home selling and buying process. You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. Our ideal candidate is extremely organized and has superb customer service skills to make customers feel at ease. This is a work-at-home, part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week.   • Arrange for and attend events regarding the closing process, including moving schedules
  • Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly
  • Aid real estate agents, clientele, and other stakeholders with paperwork and ensure the completion of all escrow documents, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
  • Make sure the buyer’s offer and counteroffers get approved by the seller to ensure a smooth real estate sales process
  • Manage transaction contracts from both home buyers and sellers to close the deal in a timely manner
Qualifications:
  • Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service
  • Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
  • Previous Administrative experience required
  • Home Office a Must
  • Real Estate license or experience a plus
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • Word processing, spreadsheet, email, and other basic computer skills required
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and extremely productive in a work-from-home environment
  • Must be available most days between 9:00 am and 3 pm
  • Approximately 20 hours a week
  • Must be able to attend In Person Meetings and Team Events
