Description:

PolyCon Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Real Estate Contracting Officer (RECO) with the disposition of land assets for the F26 Real Property Disposition program. The ideal candidate is a reliable self-starter who can self-prioritize, manage, and adjust to multiple tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the disposal of leasehold interests in real property through lease terminations.
• Prepare documentation for land sales through GSA.
• Maintain and upload lease data into the F26 Real Property Disposition Knowledge Services Network (KSN) database.
• Track environmental screening data while facilitating stakeholder actions on a set schedule.
• Provide administrative assistance for tracking program planning documents, scheduling meetings, performing lease research, examining title and land ownership, preparing data reports, developing agendas, tracking action items and milestones, and recording minutes.
• Provide backup support to Program Analyst.

Qualifications:

• Experience supporting the FAA is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office capabilities, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required.
• Experience navigating a KSN site or database as a user is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and able interface with customers as well as collaborate in a cross-discipline team environment are required.
• Excellent written skills, including a thorough understanding of grammar, spelling, and formatting; strong proofreading and editing skills.
• Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and able to work well in a collaborative team setting.
• Ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills.
• Must be a US Citizen or a legal resident for three of the past five years.
• Must meet eligibility requirements for a US Public Trust security clearance.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with the FAA's Corporate Work Plan (CWP) and Real Estate Management System (REMS).

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business/program or management.

Travel:

• 0-20%
