Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. You will need to have a strong understanding of construction processes and be able to effectively communicate with all stakeholders involved in the project. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
  • Develop project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project goals are met
  • Communicate with all stakeholders involved in the project, including contractors, architects, and clients
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and OSHA standards
  • Manage project budgets and ensure all expenses are within budgetary constraints
  • Review and approve all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices
  • Coordinate with other departments within the company to ensure project success
  • Use Procore and Bluebeam software to manage project documents and communications
Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam software
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
