Position Summary
The Production Scheduling Coordinator, under limited supervision, performs routine tasks in coordinating
products and materials through various production phases. Reviews and implements planned production
schedules.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Job Duty %
- Performs planning and scheduling functions involved with coordinating products
and materials through various production phases
- Implements planned production schedules, labor loading, and capacity
requirements
- Reviews schedules to determine materials and parts requirements to ensure
materials are available according to schedules
- Performs filing and other clerical type duties
Minimum Qualifications
Education Level: (Required): High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
Field of Study/Area of Experience: 3 years of experience

Office / Sedentary Requirements
Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office
environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the
telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
Manufacturing / Non-Sedentary Requirements
Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work may be performed in an office or warehouse
environment. Typically requires the ability to spend 66%+ hours each work day doing the following activities: stand for
extended periods of time, walk, bend, stoop, or climb. May have possible exposure to dust, and may require the ability
to lift and/or push up to 50 pounds 33% - 66% of the time.
