This position reports to Scheduling Manager
Your Role And Responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to generate constrained engineering and production plan, material plan, and Work-In-Progress (WIP) inventory rationalization, including Sales in Excess (SIE) of invoicing to improve service levels. Each day, you will assemble and analyze all data pertinent to creating constrained engineering (for Engineered-To-Order businesses) and production plan, use rough-cut and detailed capacity planning, and link it to the demand plan. You will also showcase your expertise by optimizing working capital. The work model for the role is onsite. This role is contributing to the Process Automation Measurement & Analytics division in Bartlesville, OK. You will be mainly accountable for:
- Running the review process and facilitating meetings.
- Preparing Rough Cut Capacity Planning, identifying capacity constraints, and recommending both short- and long-term solutions and mitigation plans to remove bottlenecks.
- Determining the impact of the plan on expected inventory levels, including SIE, monitors WIP, recommending WIP rationalization initiatives, and feeding them into the Inventory Checkbook.
- Identifying key root causes for deviation from the production plan and implementing initiatives to improve adherence to plans. Our team dynamics You will join a talent team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications For The Role - Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Minimum two (2) years' experience directly managing supply chain processes in manufacturing plant.
- Experience in an MRP/Scheduling environment preferred as well as experience with multi-plant scheduling
- Must have experience with SAP
- Experience in manufacturing processes, inventory management, and/or material requirements planning (MRP).
- Must be willing and able to work flexible hours to accommodate manufacturing processes.
- Competitive Success (APICS) certified a plus.
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
