Job Description

The Process Engineer will report directly into the Director of Engineering and be responsible for:

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for PCB and systems assembly.
• Evaluate production workflows, equipment, and materials for continuous improvement opportunities.
• Support NPI efforts by collaborating with design, quality, and operations teams.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action for process-related issues.
• Maintain and update work instructions, process documentation, and control plans.
• Interface with customers and suppliers as needed to support product and process requirements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards such as IPC, ISO 13485, and AS9100.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience within electronics manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of SMT, thru-hole assembly, and reflow/wave soldering processes.
• Familiarity with quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, DOE, and root cause analysis.
• Proficient in CAD, ERP, and MES systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
