The Physician Liaison is the primary business development leader responsible for building relationships in their assigned territory. The Physician Liaison role is critical to the organization to not only increase the number of patients referred to our facility for treatment and care, but to also be the representative for doctors, medical practices, and hospitals, bridging the communication gap between referrers and our specialized team of providers.
To be a successful Physician Liaison, you should demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills. You should also be willing to travel within your assigned territory to complete your duties. Join our team today!
Physician Liaison Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, medical practices, and healthcare organizations.
- Conduct meetings and sales presentations to local physicians, ER managers, urgent care teams to promote our services
- Helping doctors build and maintain relationships with specialists and surgeons to refer patients with confidence
- Growing physician referrals and connecting our facility with the local healthcare community
- Meeting with referring doctors to discuss patient care, referrals, new treatments, and thanking them for existing referrals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure patient satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
- Reporting to the National Sales Director and ensuring you comply with the marketing goals and philosophies of our facility
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track activities, manage leads, and generate reports
- Arranging and leading public relations campaigns and awareness efforts
Requirements Requirements Physician Liaison Requirements:
- Bachelor-level degree in sales, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field
General medical knowledge, especially related to our facility's services, treatment offerings, and equipment. - Strong interpersonal, communication, public speaking, and organizational skills
- Good activity tracking skills with basic CRM proficiency, Salesforce experience a plus.
- Territory will include Arizona ( Phoenix, Tucson, and Yuma) and California areas. Possible overnight travel up to 50 %
