What you get to do: Respond to medical emergencies for guests and team members in a timely manner at Busch Gardens Williamsburg and or Water Country USA. Follow established VA OEMS protocols for ALS patient care.

• Interacting with guests and team members in a fun, exciting, flexible Part Time job.
• Performing EMT Intermediate/Paramedic skills per state protocols
• Assisting Registered Nurse and other staff with patient care as directed
• Answering guest and team member questions via telephone or in person
• Maintain department vehicles in accordance with company and state OEMS standards

What it takes to succeed:

• High School diploma or GED
• Certified as an EMT-Intermediate or EMT-Paramedic in Virginia
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• At least 12 months pre-hospital/ER work required
• Hold current American Heart Association for Healthcare Provider CPR certification or equivalent/ACLS preferred
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays

Must be a RELEASED Paramedic/Intermediate EMT by Virginia State OMD, in order to work independently as an ALS provider. Compensation: $19.00 an hour The perks of the position: Ambassadors will enjoy a fun, fast-paced environment, and great teammates, as well as:
