Role Overview:

Sodexo is seeking a full time Registered Outpatient Dietitian to join their dynamic team at Billings Clinic in Billings Montana.

This position provides outpatient care to Oncology and General Surgery patients.

 

Billings Clinic is a regional acute and ambulatory care, community-owned health care organization consistent of multi-specialty physician group practice and a 336-bed hospital. The facility is also a major medical center for a three- state area with state-of-the-art care in diabetes, bariatrics, oncology, intensive care, cardiology and surgery as well a Level 1 Trauma designated hospital in the region.

Reimbursement for Academy dues, state licensure fees and CDR renewal
Up to $5000 tuition reimbursement annually!

• In this position you will provide nutrition care to Oncology and General Surgery patients;
• grow your nutrition support skills
• continue learning and advancing clinical skills;
• work well with physicians,providers, nursing, and ancillary staff and work collaboratively as part of a team;
• utilizing electronic health records charting and /or (Cerner).

What You Bring:

 

• A Registered Dietitian Credential or RD eligible for certification and state licensure;
• Prior acute care experience either as a Registered Dietitian or during an accredited dietetic internship is preferred;
• A strong desire to continue learning and advancing clinical skills;
• The ability to work well with physicians/providers, nursing, and ancillary staff and work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Experience with utilizing electronic health records charting and /or (Cerner).

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum Education Requirement:

Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) 

For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:

Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) 

 

Credentials Requirement:

Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire
