Online Hotel Reservationist (Entry Level)

• Assist clients by managing hotel reservations, including inquiries, bookings, and availability confirmations.
• Communicate with guests via phone, email, and online platforms, addressing questions, handling changes, and processing cancellations.
• Offer expert advice on accommodations, amenities, and promotions to help clients choose the best options.
• Process payments, issue booking confirmations, and maintain accurate reservation records.
• Stay updated on current hotel offers and industry trends to provide guests with the latest information.
