OB/GYN Physician job at Grand View Health Quakertown, PA, US

Job Description

Responsibilities

The OB/GYN physician is responsible for providing quality care for Grand View Health patients that fall under the physician's field of training, including, but not limited to, diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care and health maintenance for all patients. Delivering of babies and GYN surgical care are expected. da Vinci® robot-certified is a plus but will train the GYN physician. The OB/GYN physician will work with a team of experienced advanced practice providers and trained staff. The home office is in Quakertown but various OB/GYN offices exist, including Dublin, Lansdale, Sellersville and Pennsburg.

In addition, the physician is responsible for promoting the GVH mission, vision and values, as well as collaboratively working with team members at all levels to achieve them. The OB/GYN physicians must be cognizant of, and comply with, all GVH policies and procedures, as well as pertinent state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Doctorate degree required: MD or DO.
Board-certified or board-eligible.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:

Physician, licensed upon hire, required.
Pennsylvania license.
