(Monday-Friday 9:30 AM-6:00 PM) North of Fredericksburg, TX 40 hours per week and occasional weekends!! Position needs to be filled ASAP! $500 Sign-On Bonus

WEEKLY GAS INCENTIVES

Always Best Care is seeking compassionate and reliable caregiver for an elderly female in Fredericksburg, TX. This person must be able to work Monday through Friday and occasional weekends. The family works Monday through Friday. We are looking for someone who can be on time every morning and show for every shift. Pay and Benefits:

• $500 sign-on bonus ($250 after 90 days and $250 at 6 months; must average 20 hours per week)

Job Duties

• Companion care, safety and comfort
• Assisting with Hobbies, i.e., Coloring books, gardening, puzzles, etc.
• Light housekeeping-dishes, laundry, folding clothes and towels
• Assistance with dressing and grooming
• Daily walks for exercise
• Meal preparation
• Drive to shops on main in Fredericksburg, go for a drive and/or go to appointments
• Medication Reminders

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Need reliable transportation and auto insurance
• Required to pass background check and random drug screens
• Have access to email and a mobile smart device
• Good verbal, written and reading skills
• Previous experience is preferred but not required
• CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR training a plus but not required
• Military experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
