What You'll Be Doing Operate pit loader to transport materials within the site. Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment. Load and unload materials efficiently and safely. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies. What Are We Looking For Proficiency in operating heavy machinery, particularly loaders. Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work in varying weather conditions. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and climb for extended periods.
