This position is with the Corporate Communications team in TMNA and they re looking for three Museum Docents to support their Our Client Experience Center (TEC)/ Our Client Museum at the Our Client HQ.
Candidates will be responsible working at TEC, welcoming the visitors, assisting them, answering any questions, etc.
Manager is looking for candidates that are enthusiastic, friendly, welcoming, flexible, good team player, should have neat appearance at TEC, etc.
The TEC facility is spread across 44,000 sq. ft. and the candidates will be spending most of their time walking around and assisting the visitors.
During some special events, the candidates should be comfortable to work a little over the shift time to help around but they d still be working around 40 hours every week.
Manager is good to see candidates that are fresh college graduates or interns IF they haven t taken any full time roles.

Location: Our Client Experience Center (TEC) at Our Client HQ Plano, TX.
Duration: ASAP till March, 2025 (possible extension)
Working hours: 10 AM to 6 PM CST

This role will help guests understand in an engaging, informing and entertaining way all about Our Client s past, present and future.
What we re looking for
A part-time docent to assist visitors and staff at the Our Client Experience Center (Our Client museum at HQ).

What you ll be doing
Conducting tours to VIPs, special groups.
Assisting visitors, answering questions.
Helping staff.
Opening/closing procedures, turning exhibits on/off.
Requirements:

Must have excellent verbal communication skills.
Must be comfortable speaking to small and large groups of people.
Must be personable, have a positive attitude, flexible to changing situations.
Must be able to follow directions/processes
