About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director of Impact to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for deepening the impact of the service model, managing district and school relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that support student and school achievement. This role involves developing the leadership skills of team members and AmeriCorps participants, overseeing program implementation, and maintaining compliance with government and grant obligations. The Managing Director will also be a critical member of the Senior Leadership team, leading long-term strategic planning, and will play a key role in talent development, decision-making, and strategic thinking. Applicants for the Managing Director of Impact position at the company should have a demonstrated ability to create and implement long-term strategies, strong project management skills, and a passion for the mission of the organization. The role requires experience in managing and leading teams, as well as the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships. A background in youth development or education is essential, with experience in AmeriCorps being a plus.
