Role Overview:

Rove Concepts is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Showroom Sales Associates at our Los Angeles location. As ambassadors of our luxury furniture brand, Showroom Sales Associates will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and creating memorable shopping experiences for our clientele. We are looking for candidates with a passion for sales, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine desire to help customers turn their visions into reality.

What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome customers with genuine warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable in our showroom environment. Strive to create a positive and lasting impression that fosters trust and loyalty.
  • Engage with customers on a personal level to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle requirements. Utilize active listening skills to tailor furniture recommendations and customization options accordingly.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, including details about our furniture collections, materials, design options, and the latest industry trends. Provide informative and engaging explanations to help customers make well-informed decisions.
  • Utilize cutting-edge AR, VR, and Studio X technology to offer immersive and interactive experiences, allowing customers to visualize furniture pieces in their own space and customize them to their liking.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience from start to finish. Strive to exceed customer expectations and leave them delighted with their purchase.
  • Take a proactive approach to sales activities, actively seeking out opportunities to drive revenue and achieve or surpass sales targets. Leverage your passion for sales and your dedication to customer satisfaction to maximize sales potential.
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers through ongoing communication and personalized follow-up. Proactively reach out to potential leads and previous customers to cultivate long-term connections and encourage repeat business.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer preferences and needs, enhancing their shopping experience while maximizing sales potential.
  • Collaborate closely with the showroom team to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. Work together to ensure the showroom reflects our brand image and enhances the customer shopping experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new product releases, and competitor offerings to provide customers with up-to-date information and insights. Continuously strive to improve your product knowledge and sales skills to better serve our customers.
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for sales and a drive to succeed in a sales-driven environment. Take ownership of your business growth by actively seeking out new clientele and engaging in outreach activities to expand your customer base.
  • Strive to not only meet but exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success and profitability of the showroom. Embrace challenges as opportunities for growth and continually seek ways to elevate your performance and achieve outstanding results.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift merchandise up to 50lbs occasionally and up to 35lbs regularly.
  • Mandated Hazard Communication/Safe Work Practices
  • Must have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum of 2 years of retail experience working in a bonus incentive environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with customers.
  • Passion for interior design and a discerning eye for detail.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with a genuine desire to assist customers in realizing their visions.
  • Familiarity with AR, VR, and technology-driven sales approaches is advantageous.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the needs of the business.
