Summary:

Under minimal supervision is responsible for installing all cabling and equipment which pertains to all New Hotel Construction, Hotel Renovations, All Special Projects, Must work well with other Cable Technicians and Coordinate efforts with Lead Cable Technicians, Cable Tech Supervisor, and or Manager of Cabling Division, Must be willing to spend 95% of their time out of town and work extended trips.

Job Duties:

• Work as a Team to install Cable Routes and Cabling.
• Work as a Team to Terminate and Trim all Cabling.
• Install all Cabling and Equipment for Hotel Wireless Installs.
• Install all Cabling and Equipment for Hotel Audio Systems.
• Install all Cabling and Equipment for Hotel Security and CCTV Systems.
• Install all Cabling and Equipment for Hotel Building Monitoring Systems and Door Access Controls.
• Install all Cabling and Equipment for Hotel Cell Booster Systems.
• Place and Test all Guest Room Telephones.
• Test all Network Cabling / Labeling of Patch Panels.
• Test all Network Cabling / Building Monitoring Systems.
• Test all Cabling and Equipment / Door Access Controls

Qualifications:

• Must have a Valid Drivers' License.
• Ensure Company Vehicles are Properly Maintained and Kept in Good Working Order.
• Ensure all Company Supplied Tools and Equipment is Properly Cared and Maintained
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Able to handle hot and cold environments. Be able to lift 75lbs efficiently. Be able to work overhead on a ladder and/or lift.
• Participate in Annually scheduled Training Classes.
• Osha Safety Training which is a Job Requirement.
