The Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHT) position offers flexibility and support for clinicians seeking to establish or expand their private practices. Headway provides resources for accepting insurance, managing billing, and marketing, enabling therapists to focus on patient care. This role allows mental health professionals to work from home, conduct therapy sessions both in-person and online, and receive patient referrals.

Wage: Between $90-$127 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:
