Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Legal Technology Consultant with a strong background in both the legal field and legal technology, specifically Filevine . This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of law and technology and enjoys working closely with law firm leadership to optimize their operations.
As a Legal Technology Consultant, you will be responsible for collaborating with law firm executives and stakeholders to assess their current workflows and challenges, implement Filevine solutions, and improve the efficiency and functionality of their existing systems. You will be a key player in driving operational success through the adoption and enhancement of legal technology.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct consultations with law firm leadership to understand their business operations, goals, and current use of technology.
  • Lead the implementation of Filevine software for law firms, tailoring it to meet the specific needs of each client.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing Filevine configurations and workflows, enhancing firm-wide efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to law firm staff on how to maximize Filevine’s features and functionality.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on legal technology trends and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Filevine implementations and integrations.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Filevine with other practice management and legal tech systems, when applicable.
  • Work closely with clients to document processes, set goals, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant .
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Filevine Administrator , including system setup, configuration, and user support.
  • Strong understanding of law firm operations, legal case management, and practice management software.
  • Proven ability to work directly with law firm leadership to drive technology initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand terms.
  • Proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with additional legal technology platforms and systems.
  • Project management skills or certifications.
