Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UiPath Developer/Team Lead to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions using UiPath. The role also includes leading a team of developers, managing projects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality automation solutions aligned with business goals. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Key Responsibilities: 1. Automation Development & Deployment o Design and develop end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath. o Perform requirement analysis and feasibility checks for automation opportunities. o Ensure code quality, reusability, and adherence to RPA best practices. o Implement exception handling, logging, and error recovery processes. 2. Team Leadership o Lead, mentor, and guide a team of UiPath developers. o Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects. o Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. o Build a collaborative and high-performing team environment. 3. Project Management o Work closely with business stakeholders to understand automation requirements. o Create and maintain project documentation, including process design documents (PDD), solution design documents (SDD), and test cases. o Manage timelines, risks, and deliverables for automation projects. o Communicate project updates, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders. 4. Technical Expertise o Develop complex workflows and reusable components in UiPath Studio. o Integrate UiPath with external applications using APIs and web services. o Optimize existing automation processes for performance and scalability. o Stay updated with UiPath features, tools, and industry trends. 5. Operational Support o Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of automation solutions. o Monitor robot performance and address technical issues promptly. o Assist in setting up and maintaining UiPath Orchestrator. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * 5 years of experience in RPA development, with at least 2 years in a lead role. * Advanced proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath components. * Strong understanding of RPA concepts, frameworks, and best practices. * Experience in scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and database queries (SQL). * Familiarity with integration methods such as REST APIs and SOAP. * Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proven leadership and team management experience. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Preferred Skills: * UiPath certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer). * Experience with AI and ML integration in RPA workflows. * Knowledge of process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma. * Understanding of cloud platforms and deployment (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP). ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Soft Skills: * Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. * Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. * A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ What We Offer: * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunities for professional development and certifications. * A supportive and inclusive work environment. * Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and industry-leading projects.
