Salary:
We are seeking a Lead HVAC Controls Technician to join our federal team based at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center in downtown Washington D.C. This role will be responsible for the Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services for the next 21 years as a follow-on to a large Energy Saving Performance Contract project that our team just completed that will reduce consumption of energy by 42% and water by 50%, and will reduce greenhouse gases by more than 20,000 tons annually the equivalent of removing 4,500 cars from the road each year (to learn more about this project, click here).
