About the Role:
Are you an experienced insurance sales professional looking for a flexible and rewarding work-from-home opportunity? Join our dynamic and supportive team at McCloskey State Farm, where we value integrity, high performance, and personal growth. We're seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to help us grow our agency while enjoying the benefits of working remotely.

This position is ideal for someone with a passion for helping others, selling insurance, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The role offers flexibility in working hours (4-6 hours per day, 4-5 days per week), allowing you to be successful while avoiding burnout from full-time sales. Youll focus on generating new business by attracting and selling to new customers!

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively reach out to new potential customers via phone (warm leads, cold calls, etc.)
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
  • Provide exceptional customer service through educating potential customers
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up as needed
  • Collaborate with the team when needed in a supportive and positive environment, and working independently from home
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience in personal lines insurance sales, preferably with another State Farm agent
  • Proven track record of success in attracting and converting new customers
  • Comfortable working in a team environment but can thrive in a more independent, work-from-home setting
  • Strong attention to detail or the ability to create efficient processes for success
  • Comfortable working 4-6 hours per day between 9 AM and 8 PM PST
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A passion for providing excellent customer service with integrity and honesty
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
