More About the Role Our Influencer Marketing Internship is designed to introduce students to the world of creative communications. Interns are assigned a supervisor who will help them learn the day-to-day tasks involved in working with multiple agency clients.
Responsibilities - Support Influencer Engagement : Plays a key role in executing influencer programs, from identifying influencers to facilitating product seeding and capture content social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook
- Maintain Influencer Database : Ensures the master influencer database is regularly updated and well-organized for efficient reference and outreach
- Scout Emerging Talent : Continuously searches for new and emerging influencers to expand the brand's reach and relevance
- Trend & Partnership Research : Conducts thorough research to identify digital trends and potential partnerships that resonate with the brand's lifestyle-focused strategy.
- Join Client-Related Sessions : Participates in discussions to contribute ideas for new and existing client campaigns
The payrate for the Influencer Marketing Internship is $16.50/hour .
Qualifications - Weekly & Onsite Availability : Capable of dedicating a total of 15-20 hours per week, while being available for in-office work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9:00am - 5:30pm, ensuring consistent attendance for team collaboration and internship program events
- Academic Year : Must be a rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior enthusiastic about pursuing a career in Public Relations, Marketing, or Communications
- Communication Skills : Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Microsoft Office Familiarity : Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Media and Pop Culture Enthusiasm : Displays a keen interest in media, pop culture, and entertainment trends, showcasing a passion for staying updated with current events and industry developments
- Commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion : Embodies the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion; demonstrates self-awareness, cultural competency, and the ability to work with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds

Additional Information About the Program The Fall 2024 Internship Program is scheduled to start on
Wednesday, September 11th and ends on
Wednesday, December 11th with flexibility to end sooner if needed. Interns are expected to report to our New York office twice a week with our teams being in the office either on
Tuesdays & Wednesdays OR
Wednesdays & Thursdays . To enhance the program, we've created additional programming that provides access to our leadership team and employees on other teams! The payrate for this opportunity is $16.50/hour and is eligible for college credit if applicable.
