Compensation & Perks

• Local : $50-$60/hr
• Non-Local : $45-$50/hr + $150 per diem (50+ miles away)
• Pay Frequency : Weekly Pay

Project Hours/Schedule

45hrs/wk, 7 AM-5 PM on the days the crews are working. Depending on the job, the crews will work 4 or 5 -10s or 10-10s and 4 off.

Scope of Work

Safety oversight of Renewable site - Electrical contractor, some heavy civil.

- Must have OSHA 500 at minimum and 3+ years of industrial construction safety experience
- High voltage experience preferred, if not can be trained

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct project safety inspections and orientations.
• Provide safety training as requested or required.
• Monitor worksite employees and safety practices.
• Review documents, manage contractor correspondence, and maintain document management systems.

Qualifications

• Required : OSHA 500 certification
• Experience : 3-5 years of industrial construction safety experience
• Preferred : High voltage experience (training available)
• Strong public speaking abilities.
• Energetic, ambitious, assertive, and an excellent communicator.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
• Outgoing personality with strong self-motivation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, including telephone, electronic, and written.
• Ability to analyze and recommend improvements for safe work practices, policies, and training programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Competence in using standard office equipment.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment without direct supervision.
• Team-oriented, with the ability to build consensus and rapport with others.
