Village Caregiving - Toledo is seeking a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to provide high-quality care to clients. As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients by assisting with their daily living activities and ensuring their overall well-being. This is a part-time, hourly healthcare/medical position that provides a competitive compensation paid semi-monthly. Benefits:

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home care to clients
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the appropriate medical personnel
• Administer medication, if necessary, according to prescribed schedules
• Perform light housekeeping duties and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided
• Follow all safety and health protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a caregiver, preferably in a home care setting
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• First aid and CPR certification preferred
